At Kvik we make products that are made to be used. Doors and drawers should be able to keep being opened and closed again and again. Countertops, shelves and other surfaces must remain neat and functional, even after years of daily use and repeated loads. It makes great demands on both design and materials.
In order to achieve and maintain the highest quality, we continuously carry out thorough and comprehensive quality tests of all our products. In this way, we make sure that you get a kitchen, bath or wardrobe in top quality, designed and manufactured to extremely strict requirements. Our ongoing quality control also gives us the best basis for further developing and optimizing our products and solutions - so that we can always offer a carefully selected range of quality products. High quality is simply the only thing that pays for us.
If, unexpectedly, you still find that a product is defective or flawed, there is no need to worry. Our guarantee is your safety. Whether you have bought a kitchen, a bath or a wardrobe, you can safely trust that we at Kvik accept your complaint.
HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
All our products are, of course, covered by the general rules of complaint. In addition, our worktops, cabinets, doors and moving parts purchased after January 1, 2012 are covered by our special, extended warranty.

10-YEAR WARRANTY ON CABINETS, DOORS AND SLIDING DOORS
All our doors, kitchen / bath elements, Module16 elements, Vario19 building system, sliding doors.
25 YEAR WARRANTY ON MOVING PARTS
Hinges, drawer rails, wheels and other moving parts.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT BREAKS DOWN?
If your Kvik product breaks down or you discover an error, and you think the problem is covered by the warranty, just contact the store where the product was purchased. Then we will investigate the matter in more detail and assess by estimation whether the damage or error is covered by the guarantee.
If the product is covered by the warranty, we decide at Kvik's discretion whether it can be repaired or whether it should be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If the product in question has been discontinued from our range, we will supply a suitable alternative product.
Kvik obviously holds the cost of the new product or the required repair. All you have to do is make the damaged product available to us so we can repair or replace it with a new one with minimal inconvenience.
To make the warranty valid you must provide documentation that you have purchased the product from Kvik.
Kvik does not pay any expenses for repair work that is caused by the customer himself, without prior written approval.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled, assembled or used incorrectly. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if changes have been made to the product that it has been misused or the product has been cleaned in violation of any maintenance instructions.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, scratches, cutting marks or damage caused by impact or accident. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, for example.
The guarantee only applies if the products have been used exclusively for private use.
The guarantee does not apply to incidental or consequential damages.
Replaced products and spare parts belong to Kvik.
In 2011, Kvik was awarded the FSC label as one of the first kitchen producers. FSC stands for Forest Steward Council® and is an international non-profit stamp given for compliance with the FSC standard. This means that the tree we use comes from responsible forestry, taking into account nature, animals and the people involved in forestry.
FOCUS ON THE GOOD INDOOR CLIMATE
At Kvik we also offer a wide range of products with the Indoor climate label. The indoor climate label is administered by the Danish Technological Institute and ensures that the labeled products comply with strict requirements for eg degassing and aeration. A product with an indoor climate label has undergone extensive tests to ensure that it does not detract from the indoor climate in any way.
